The Deltronic DL4 Ticket Dispenser works in pulse operation. Only three wires
need to be connected - GND, 12V and the Ticket Drive. The Ticketflex Maximizer
should be adjusted as follows: Dip Sw.7 OFF, Dip Sw. 8 ON, Jumper
"UP" (further from the PCB edge).
